Velocity Living Project

Mixed use development of Retail, Commercial and Residential space with a 600 space basement car park in the centre of Sheffield. The scheme was split into four phases, covering 2.5 acres and standing 8 to 11 storeys high.

Project Dynamics carried out an appraisal of existing contract programme for phase 1, and manage the integration of the programmes for phase 2, 3 & 4.

Provided tender programme and subsequently construction programmes for each new phase in turn including on site logistics and buildability issues.
