Kuwait Ministries Complex

Engaged to produce a Management & Logistics Plan for the complete refurbishment of a Ministries Complex in Kuwait City. The Complex is surrounded from the east, south & north by surface car parking areas totalling 5,900 spaces, and has been constructed above two levels of basement parking containing a further 1,800 spaces. The Ministries Complex is home to 8,500 employees and attended by 13,000 visitors daily.

The Project is split into two distinct areas, Renovation & New Build, and can be summarised as follows:-

Renovation Works

  • Façade replacement to all buildings
  • Renovation of the fountains, service kiosks, etc
  • Renovated shared facilities to all buildings
  • Replacement fence to the external perimeter
  • New internal access routes (ring road and networks)
  • Internal Landscaping to renovated buildings
  • Revised Wayfinding & Signage

New Build

  • Construction of buildings 24 & 34
  • New Guard Houses
  • New Pedestrian Link Bridges from the Car Parks
  • New Plant room & Transformers
  • Upper/Lower Ground floor parking for VIP’s
