Q) Does your organisation have contingency plans in case of resource shortages when delivering Services to your clients?
We can call on a select group of sub-consultants to supplement our staff as the needs arise.
Q) Are your existing supply agreements for Services with your clients formally contracted with full legal agreements?
Yes, we regularly use a template supplied by the Professional Contractor Group (www.pcg.org.uk). We also use the NEC3 Professional Services Contract.
Q) For the Services you provide, what is the range in which your organisation is most comfortable in bidding for contracts from customers?
Currently, all of our work is negotiated with contract values up to £150,000. Depending on terms, we are happy to negotiate contracts for the supply of services up to £2 million in value.
Q) When delivering Services in the course of your normal business, what geographical area does your organisation cover?
We currently have representatives in the UK. Previously, we have also carried out work in Ireland & Germany.
