Finzels Reach
4D Model depicting the outline construction sequence for a mixed use development in Bristol. The model was commissioned to demonstrate to the client the inherent problems that the original phased plan would cause when the project neared completion. Issues included access/egress for materials and for the equipment required to dismantle the numerous tower cranes. This model was also used to determine the position, height and reach of each tower crane, eliminating the need for expensive ‘Luffing jib’ cranes.
